Relief. At last. 

 The unity shown by the Kony 2012 project, is nothing but amazing. However, how often do we see such unity? Why is it that we are not constantly unified in our actions? I understand that there are things we do not agree with, but by separating and arguing you’re just pushing for your own selfish opinion. Moreover, in my opinion the 99% movement would not have failed as much as it did if they were unified like the people in this Kony video. We have such an influence in mass numbers, we can brute force our way to a better future with our voice and our votes. 

 Even in movements like the Kony movement, there will be Americans who disagree with the decisions made by Obama, and say that there’s no point in being there. Those are the kind of people that we don’t want to associate ourselves with, as a species even. 

 Stop being afraid of what others think, share your opinions, your thoughts and concerns. We are a global community now, and we should act like it. Don’t waste your time with the bigots. The mindset that you can’t do something big because you are just one person, is the exact reason why you can’t do something big.

 I’m getting kind of all over the place with this “essay,” so i’ll try and rap it up. Stop being lazy and stop being afraid, you are not alone in this world and your influence could help change our little blue world for the better.
